Carmen Red
Carmen Red is a deep red, large-grained granite quarried by Finska at Virolahti on the south-eastern coast of Finland. Each quarry yields a very even colour with almost no variations.
Material is suitable for both exterior and interior purposes. The large, crystalline texture has made Carmen Red very popular among architects - most of the material quarried is used for facades and other construction details i.a. floors and interior wall claddings. It can also be used in monuments.
